Our Policy

Because all Creek Boys Co. products are made to order through print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Wrong size ordered
• Change of mind
• Similar products purchased elsewhere

We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@creekboysco.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right immediately.
